Sometimes things might look better somewhere else. Sometimes things might seem to offer you something better than you think you have. Be careful, just like the grass is not always greener on the other side, sometimes you can get yourself in a place where you can't stand the challenges of the conflict and the heat that comes with it. Don't go from the frying pan into the fire. Don't allow yourself to be in a worse place and end up taking on more than you can handle. It looks good, but is it really?
